Hi Luanne,
Yes I am familiar with a tax lien, tax deed and auction. I always think I can touch base with county office or tax assesment office to find a list of tax deeds I can buy from there.
I am not able to win a bid at a tax deed auction because someone will get higher than me.
Is there any way that I can buy a tax deed through the county office without attending the tax deed auction? Your help would be appericated.
