Hello James,
Let me see if I can answer your question. First off, you'll need to differentiate between a tax lien and tax deed.
If you do in fact want possession of a property so that you can resell the property for market value, you would be interested in a tax deed. For this you will have to attend a tax deed auction.
Use our database to find properties that may interest you and to find out when the prospective auction will be. To do this you will have to check you county webpage first to find out at what point after the default in taxes the auction will occur.
