Yes, i've been trying for a couple weeks now. I've called so many people at the LA county tax office that they are becoming angry with me. They won't give up the list.
If your database truly has homeowners that are currently delinquent in their property tax then I don't need to deal with the County. I don't mind at all paying you for this type of access.
Is there anyway I can PM you or contact you via email? I'm not a flake. I'm researching what is an amazing opportunity if your database contains real delinquent property tax leads. I am not interested in certificates. Only the homeowners that are delinquent and need to pay the due tax before it's to late. Does your database have these?
