Clarification Please - 2007/05/27 13:57 Admin,

I wanted to get a better understanding of the Tax Lien arena.

I am not clear on the reason why I have to wait up to 3 years before I can resell the property or get a ROI. Are there laws that differ across county lines that govern the expiration dates when the owner can no longer pay the taxes?

Please explain to me the best option for investing in Tax Lien Sales.

Thank you,

Re:Clarification Please - 2007/05/29 14:53 Hi Pastor Smith,

Thanks for your post. As we have already corresponded through the Tax Liens "contact us" form perhaps investing in Tax Deeds would be better suited for your investment needs.

Tax Lien investing is not a short-term investment. The longer you are holding the tax lien the more return on your investment you will receive.

If an investor is more interested in acquiring a property as opposed to just earning interest, then tax deed investing may be the route of choice.

Thanks,

Luanne
