i have noticed the same thing ,, why should i pay for a site only to find out that the taxes are in good standing,, i dont care about who paid thier taxes i want the ones that havent paid,,,, i think this site is useless. on 1 page it looks like someone has defaulted, then the next page tells you they paid thier taxs so which one is it?????
