Hi James,
Jar is correct. Tax Liens and Tax deeds are different. If you invest in a tax lien then you will not be able resell the property for market value because you are not purchasing the property you are purchasing the lien.
If in fact you would like to purchase a property and then resell if for market value then you will want to invest in a tax deed.
