New Feature- Tax Sale Auction Lists - 2007/01/26 22:13 Hello Tax Lien Community,

We here at TaxLiens.com are excited to announce a new feature on the website.

You can now browse through up-coming auctions in your area by clicking on the "tax sale auctions" button. We even have an option to purchase the list of properties that will be up for sale.

Now you have all the information you need to start your tax lien and tax deed investing venture.

Good luck and I hope to hear from you!

Thanks,

Luanne

Re:New Feature- Tax Sale Auction Lists - 2007/10/11 16:13 Hello Tax Lien User,

Do you have a lien on your own property?

Or have you invested in a tax lien and now want to resell it?

Thanks!

Re:New Feature- Tax Sale Auction Lists - 2007/10/11 16:31 Hi,

Let me see if I understand you correctly. You have the deed to the property with a lien on the same property? Normally, when they issue you over the deed- you have paid the initial lien amount - therefore you would no longer have a lien on the same property. If you would like to do a quit claim deed- you should probably satisfy the lien first before it transfers over to the new owner.

You can find more information on your county website.

Thanks,

Luanne

Re:New Feature- Tax Sale Auction Lists - 2007/10/11 16:56 I know it sounds strange, but I did not yet cancel the lien. I am awaiting local judgment to be awarded to me by City of Trenton via tax foreclosure. I am willing to transfer all of my interest for price of lien plus accrued interest. In fact, I am making it quite easier for anyone who wants the property because they will not have to shoulder the burden of the litigation I have gone through. When I know title is transferred to me, I can cancel lien. Until then, the lien is my only security. I am perfectly within my rights to cancel lien but I'm not doing so until I get title. In the meanwhile, anyone who wants to invest can purchase the lien. If they actually want the property, I can transfer title when I get title.
