Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2006/12/07 13:47 Hi James,

What state and county are you in so that I can better assist you? I believe there is a way to purchase the tax deeds post auction.

Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2006/12/08 14:16 Hi James,

The best thing to do is contact Clark County Treasurer’s office. Whether you can buy the properties post auction or not you will still need to contact them directly to find out the next steps.

As to your second question, yes, I believe all auctions require a registration fee.

Thanks,

Luanne

Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2007/01/17 16:20 only saw his tv spot while on a trip. never heard of him before, never saw him at a sale.

will hand it to him, bet he is making much more $ selling books and tapes Vs buying liens which is pretty much fools gold unless you have a nitch, which the big boys have not discovered - yet...

Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2007/01/17 18:43 Hi Justin,

I'm assuming you are speaking of John Beck? Yes, he probably is making quite a bit of money from his books.

Tax lien investing does require some research and sure, I suppose a niche.

Best of luck.

How often is the Tax Sale Listing updated? - 2007/01/24 23:03 I signed up on Sunday 1/21/07 and it doesn't appear that the Tax Sale List has changed at all. LaVerne

Re:How often is the Tax Sale Listing updated? - 2007/01/25 19:27 Hi Laverne,

Great! I'm glad you signed up. I'll be happy to address your concerns. What aspect of the list did you expect to change? We have a feature on the site that tells you how long each listing has been on the site- it's the DOS column (days on site). Also, we update listings and add new listings daily.

So, you won't see any monumental changes- just small ones that are done on a daily basis.

Have fun searching for great deals on tax defaulted properties and welcome aboard!

Thanks

Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2007/01/26 22:08 Hi James!

Just wanted to let you know the city of Las Vegas is having a Tax Deed auction on January 30 2007.

If you are not prepared to bid on a property, it may be a good learning experiece for you to find out what it's all about and learn from the experts.

Good Luck!

Thanks,

Luanne

Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2007/01/30 00:45 Hi there

Thanks for posted news. Yes I went County Office a few weeks ago. They held tax deed auction in April like said once a time year. Yes I heard there's auction on Jan 30, 2007 so I will try show up and buy cheap deed if possible. I would have to pay 1,000 dollar for resignation and fee if I win highest bid, they will covered 1,000 dollars. I hope I try get cheap property and resell someday since I been out of job now.

Have you ever experience buy and resell deed property?

Re:Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2007/02/02 17:14 Hi James,

In some states you can buy what is known as "over the counter" liens. I don't believe you can do this with deeds though. Normally they will have an additional auction for properties that were not sold.

Good luck!
