There are so many variations on the tax sale/lien process. Not only does every state call it one thing, but every county also has its corresponding classifications. So, basically yes we have forms of unsatisfied taxes- meaning these owner (listings) have not paid their taxes and are therefore unsatisfied in terms of the government.
