Yes, our database does supply data for delinquent taxes. We have thousands of properties that have issued liens upon them.
I'm not sure why Los Angeles County would suggest that there is no such list available. Tax lien investing is a lucrative and profitable business. Correspondingly, there are services that arise because of that need.
I can imagine that you have spent a lot of time trying to gather the data directly from the county. This is one of the main reasons for our success is that the data is right on your computer, as accessible as you can get- without the hassle.
