Are these Tax Liens unsatisfied? - 2006/11/28 22:16
I question the usefullness of your database. I have been trying to obtain the public list from Los Angeles county for awhile now. They always tell me no such list exist for tax delinquent homeowners. They also tell me no one would create such a list.
How am I assured that if I send a mailing to a group of homeowners from your database, they are actually ones that have delinquent property taxes? Because if it is real I wouldn't care what it cost per month. I'd join in a heart beat. The Los Angeles county tax office said no list exist. what am I signing up here if there is no such database.
