Currency of lists - 2009/05/20 17:10
I was just wondering, how up-to-date are the lists? If I contact my County Treasurer's office and reference properties on the list, can I expect that they should be ones that are still available? Also, when it gives the tax amount and how long ago it is from, if the delinquency is from more years ago than the redemption period, is that property eligible to be forclosed on for the deed? I am in AZ, by the way. And one last question - when it lists the transfer value, does that amount have any bearing on the actual amount I would have to pay in order to get the property? I thank anyone in advance for their response to these questions........
