I'm from Australia and would like to invest in tax liens. Where do I stand as a foreign citizen?

As a foreigner you may invest in tax lien certificates, however, you will have to apply for a tax identification number so that you are legally allowed to make money in the U.S.

Once you have acquired the Tax ID you may want to look into the auction held online.
