DOS Tax delinquent date document date


Which of those tells me this tax owed is current.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

The headings are as follows:

DOS- days on site. We implement this so our users know that the information is current.

Document Date 1: This is the transfer date or the date of the last sale when the owner officially purchased the property. This goes hand in hand with the "transfer value" or sale price.

Tax delinquent date/year: Is the year the taxes went unpaid.
