 Need a Coach ASAP! - 2010/08/28 06:22 Hello,

Im interested in investing in tax liens and have been doing alot of reading and investigation.

I have decided to invest in liens through OTC and am only interested in residential properties.My target states are Arizona and Florida.

I hooked up with a tax lien coach on ebay and after some discussion, I was informed that I could only buy raw land via OTC in Florida because all the big investors buy all the residential liens at auction. It kind of discouraged me.

So.....Im looking for a lien coach who is a bit more knowledgeable to walk me through my first OTC lien purchase. I willing to provide payment if its reasonable. Please contact me at checkyo6@aol.com if you can realistically coach me on finding the residentail properties via OTC in Fla or Az.

 Re:Need a Coach ASAP! - 2011/01/22 18:07 Hi I am not a coach i have been in investing OTC though for about 7 years and your post caught my eye because i was thinking the same as you also got discouraged but then me and my dad had a discussion about land and such when i lived in PA my first OTC Purchase was a 20acre parcel of land that was left to a relative of the owner who lived out of the country who i assume did nt have any desire to own land in Pa in short what i did was planted christmas trees on 12 acres and the rest of the land other produce pumpkins and such and have hayrides and sell the trees so what i am saying is do a little research on the property and think outside the box you never know you could be looking at your own acre of diamonds Cheers MIke
