 Appraised Value - 2009/04/03 22:40 If I find a property online with a tax lien, how do I find the appraised value of it if I don't live in that state?

And how can I see the property?

Yes, that is the tricky part about tax lien investing. You may want to consider investing in your own state/city. Otherwise, you won't be able to "see" the property. Pictures won't be available because these homes are not technically for sale.

The value can be estimated using our Zestimate figure on the property details page.
