 How to get started - 2008/10/05 08:32 Hi

I am interested in investing in tax liens, but i'm still not sure exactly on how to get started. Could someone give me some tips? I live in WA state which is a deed state.

How much money do I need to have to start with?

I have found useful information in a book by Don Sausa Investing without losing...Real Estate Tax Liens and Forecloser Deeds....about $23.00 at Barnes and Noble. The process seems pretty straight forward,we just have to do a little " due diligence". Good luck rayldabronx@yahoo.com
