 Data base - 2008/08/07 03:29 Hello Luanne,

Can you tell me if your DB is up-to-date. For example, Arizona tax lien auction was in February, but they keep on selling the Lien Certificates over the counter. How close the DB in general keeps with the county issued lists? I would like to do some research, but it is August now, so I wonder if there decent deals left out there.

Thanks for your message. Many of the liens on the Arizona map page are more suited for tax deed investing. Here is a link to the page where we sell tax lien lists for Arizona. These lists are kept up-to-date to reflect recent changes.

I have checked the sample list you recommended. The difficulty is that they list parcels of land/real property (in specific numbers). Do you have any suggestion where to obtain the addresses corresponding to these parcel numbers?

Yes, normally the county appraiser site will have the option to look up a property by parcel ID.
