 how long til site gets updated? - 2007/12/25 00:30 I saw a property thats been here a while, I sent an email and asked about it and was told it was sold. how often is the site updated to get rid of sold properties?
I sent an email with contact us asking the same question but havent gotten a response.

Thanks for your feedback and we apologize for the delay as we were closed for the holidays.

It depends on the property type. Foreclosures and pre-foreclosures are updated daily and tax liens are updated monthly.



I apologize you encountered an outdated property. Make sure you are taking a look at active listings- or relatively new listings. The older the listing is, the more likely it may not be available.
