Re:Welcome to taxliens.com - 2006/09/01 20:04 I looked up several of the properties you have listed on your site. I paid for a comprehensive report on three of them. I drove by the three properties and noticed that there are people living in the homes. I went to the county recorders office and looked up the history of the properties; all deeds are in good standing. I then went to the property tax department at the county building. The county property tax employee looked up the information on one of the properties and told me that a) the property was in good standing, property taxes are paid up to date. b) the amount of property taxes listed on your website are incorrect. c) the information you gave on obtaining the property is also incorrect and may be deemed fraudulent.
The process for obtaining a tax delinquent property is as follows: The property owner has 5 years to make full payment of all delinquent property taxes. If the taxes are not paid the home owner is given a notice to pay or leave the property. The home owner is escorted off the property is they have not vacated within the time specified by the court. The property is secured by the county and placed on a list of properties to be auctioned off. The auctions are held every two years and there is no auction scheduled for this year.
Therefore, ALL of the properties you have listed in California are fraudulent listings. If you feel that the county employee acted in error, please let me know so I can contact their manager. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

Re:Welcome to taxliens.com - 2006/09/05 14:41 Tommie:
You will need to be more specific on your complaint. We offer a 7 day free trial from our home page to view Tax Delinquency notices (taxliens.foreclosure.com).

We also have an agreement with a third party provider to search tax sales, tax certificates, tax liens (http://www.taxsalelists.com/affiliate.php?affid=txln).

Please advise which source you used to obtain your reports and which property you referred to in your complaint. From your complaint you received 3 reports and received information that one of the properties was in good standing.

Re:Welcome to taxliens.com - 2006/10/24 21:53 Hi Kimberly,
The number provided is 'taxes owed'. This was improperly labeled as 'taxes paid'. This is IMMEDIATELY being fixed.

I apologize for this problem. This was an oversite that we have no excuse for.

Thank you,
Michael Manning
